Sunday September 13, 2009- Yoga for ALL kids: Teens, Toddlers, Babies and Yoga in the classroom

This workshop is built on the practice of yoga as a gentle exploration. All the postures and breathing techniques can be simplified and adapted for individuals or groups for all ages.

Sunday October 18, 2009 - Teaching Methodology and Anatomy in Yoga

Learn the yogic principles behind the physical practice to create a lifestyle that incorporates all aspects of yoga and live in the present.

Sunday November 15, 2009 - Mindfullness and Meditation: As it relates to Therapeutic Yoga

Sunday December 13, 2009 - The Evolving Concious of a Yogi

 

 

 

 

 

Price and schedule for 200 hour Weekend workshops:
Weekend workshop fee is $130 for certification students; half-price for others. You are welcome to join workshops for a full day Sundays for $65 from 12:30-4:00pm or 4:00 -7:30pm.
 Whole weekend 7.5 certification contact hours.
