Janet Vignola's Saturday morning class at 10:30 will be at the Unitarian Church.

Theresa Mihalopoulos is teaching a Thursday morning restorative class 9- 10 AM Thursdays and a regular class Tuesdays 9-10 at the Unitarian Church.

Julie Lifton is continuing her 5:30-6:30 Tuesday class there.

Gail Walsh will be teaching a Moving into Meditation Yoga Class Friday evenings, 6:30 to 8pm, at the FOR in Nyack, NY, (starting April 1st ).

YM certification will continue Wednesday nights, Thursday mornings, and one weekend a month as always in Rockland. Gail and Ronda Lam DiChiaro are giving those classes at the Unitarian Church in Pomona, NY. We begin there on Wednesday, March 3rd. It's a beautiful location in the woods, with no sound of traffic. Right at Exit 12 (as you're heading north) on the Palisades Parkway. Close to where we are now!

Gail Walsh also moves on with the Yoga Therapy Training and 500-hour Teacher Certification. Meeting time to be announced. Possibly Monday nights at the FOR starting in April. The FOR in Nyack is another inspiring location, overlooking the Hudson on North Broadway in Upper Nyack.
